Shortlisted for the Modern Law Awards 2025 ‘Rising Star of the Year’, and with over a decade of experience, Roy is dedicated to understanding what results you need; providing you with an informed basis upon which to make decisions.

As a Solicitor Advocate, he has the ability to act for you from the onset of a matter through to representing you at an Employment Tribunal – therefore saving you costs towards your legal fees. As a Director of the firm, he supervises the Employment law team.

Roy is a member of The Lawyers’ Christian Fellowship, The Employment Lawyers’ Association and The Solicitors’ Association of Higher Rights Advocates.

Shahrzad Seifi

Shahrzad provides clear, practical advice to help both businesses and individuals navigate workplace issues. She is deeply passionate about advocating for justice, providing support and offering practical solutions to those in need.

Shahrzad welcomes the recent progress by the Government in acknowledging pregnancy loss but believes that current measures fall short in providing adequate support for those affected. As an employment solicitor, she understands the profound impact such loss can have on both employees and employers. With this in mind, she is actively advocating for meaningful reform in this area of employment law.

Outside of her professional interests, Shahrzad is proactively involved in her church and dedicated to helping her local community thrive.

Abiola Craig

Trainee Solicitor

Abiola was shortlisted for the 2025 Modern Law Awards Paralegal of the Year.

Abiola is a recent LPC/LLM Graduate of BPP Law School and has also obtained a Diploma in Ministry. She hopes to eventually embark on a successful career as a Solicitor.

In her spare time, Abiola enjoys serving at her local church as a youth mentor and is part of the choir. She also has a passion for music and is a gospel song-writer.

Esther Peacock

Paralegal

Esther graduated with her LLB Law Degree from Keele University in 2023 and is a current LPC LLM student at Nottingham Law School. She aspires to eventually qualify as a solicitor.

Her biggest passion being music, Esther enjoys singing and playing the piano, guitar and flute. She took on the role of Music Director at her university’s Show Choir.

In her spare time, she loves to utilise her musical gifts by serving on the worship team at her church and is part of the Young Adults community there, too. Esther is also a member of the Lawyers’ Christian Fellowship.

Yemi Magara

Executive Assistant

Magara Law’s legislative work is complimented in Yemi’s own professional career as an Environmental Health Practitioner with Chartered status, with a broad range of experience in public health protection and business regulation.

In her spare time, Yemi enjoys being part of a Gospel choir based in Oxford that is well-known for having appeared as finalists on BBC Gospel Choir of the Year 2024.

Daniel Waldron

Dan is Magara Law’s copywriter, content creator, strategist, storyteller, and business development executive.

With 20 years of experience (10 in the legal sector), he creates high-value content that better connects us with our clients
and people in need of the legal services we provide.

A strategic thinker, Dan ensures every piece of content counts.He most enjoys how content has the potential to reach and speak to our clients, leading them to get the help they need when they need it most.

Besides being a content marketing professional, Dan is also a church pastor and worship leader for LifeSpring Ministries.

Micah Tunkara

Administrative Assistant

Micah recently graduated with an LLB Law degree from the University of Essex.

He is currently completing his PRINCE2 Project Management Certification, through which he is gaining in-depth knowledge of processes for efficient project delivery, particularly in his journey as a project support and administrative professional.

Aside from this, Micah teaches the foundational school at his local church and actively mentors young people, supporting their development as they prepare for the future.

Dominic Woodhead

Dominic was ‘Highly Recommended’ as the 2025 Modern Law Awards Paralegal of the Year.

Having achieved a degree in Law LLB (Hons) at the University of Liverpool, he ambitiously hopes to have a successful career as a Solicitor Advocate.

In his spare time Dominic is a passionate fan of rugby and F1 racing. He also volunteers as a youth leader at his local church. Dominic is also preparing and planning for a short-term mission trip to Peru.

Dominic is also a passionate advocate for Men’s Mental Health awareness and raises funds every year for the Movember Foundation.
