Step One

Send us your
employee settlement agreement

We will usually need a copy of your settlement agreement, employment contract, and any other relevant documents.

We will then review this and get back to you.

Step Two

Settlement agreement advice consultation

We will book you in for your settlement agreement advice consultation. This consultation usually lasts up to 30 minutes depending on the complexity of your settlement agreement.

During the consultation, we will review the terms of your settlement agreement with you and provide you with legal advice on its terms and effects. If there are any amendments which need to be made, we shall liaise with your employer to agree these prior to signing.

Step Three

Sign and complete

Once the final draft of your settlement agreement has been agreed, we will proceed to signing by all parties.

We cap our fee at your employer’s contribution for advice in connection with the settlement agreement (so there is nothing for you to pay) in circumstances where you do not instruct us to renegotiate the compensation on your behalf. This invoice will be sent to them directly.

Once signed and dated by all parties, your settlement agreement will be legally binding.
